The cypress is the symbol that the knights of Baux, in Provence, they had chosen to represent the righteousness and courage with which they faced every challenge! Its olfactory pyramid begins with top notes given by Pink Pepper and Cardamom; those of the heart are Cypress and Incense. Finally, the base notes given by Vanilla and Tonka Bean.
